SayIt Terms of Use

Last updated October 9, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Taliferro Tech, LLC ("Taliferro Tech", "we", "us") for using SayIt on the web at sayit.taliferro.tech and in the SayIt iPhone app. They are the end user license agreement (EULA) for the app.

Zero tolerance. SayIt has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that breaks these terms is removed, and the account that posted it is banned. We act on reports within 24 hours.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account, signing in, or posting on SayIt, you agree to these terms and to the Community Guidelines, which are part of these terms. If you don't agree, don't use SayIt. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

2. Who can use SayIt

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use SayIt for a business or organization, you confirm you're allowed to act for it, and these terms apply to it too.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and your profile accurate. Don't share your account, create accounts to get around a ban, or impersonate anyone. You can delete your account at any time: in the iPhone app under Me, then TODD Account, then Delete Account, or by emailing info@taliferro.tech from the address you signed up with.

5. How we keep SayIt safe

To report something, use Report in the app or email info@taliferro.tech with a link to the post.

6. Your content

You own what you post. By posting on SayIt, you give Taliferro Tech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in order to run, improve, and promote SayIt. Posts on the board are public to SayIt members, and anyone can open a post someone shares with them. You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it. Deleting a post removes it from SayIt, though copies may remain in backups for a limited time.

7. Dealing with other members

SayIt helps businesses and people find each other. We don't take part in, verify, or guarantee any deal, product, service, or payment arranged between members. Use good judgment, and do your own checks before you buy, sell, hire, or share information.

8. License to use the app

Taliferro Tech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SayIt app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, except where the law allows. SayIt, its name, and its design belong to Taliferro Tech.

9. Disclaimers

SayIt is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Taliferro Tech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and doesn't promise SayIt will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content on it is accurate. Content posted by members is theirs, not ours.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Taliferro Tech won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of SayIt or from dealings with other members. Our total liability for any claim about SayIt is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us for SayIt in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater. SayIt is free, so in most cases that is $100.

11. Changes and ending these terms

We may update these terms. When we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use SayIt after a change means you accept the new terms. You can stop using SayIt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
